Workout

Working out this am. Ran one mile on tread. 5 to 8 mph each 1/4 mile. 130 calories burned. Trying to spike my metabolism.

On eliptical now...
Done with eliptical...
230 calories burned












More fun... lifted weights... got 405 on bench... burned 230 + 130 + 100 calories.
460 calories burned.
Drank a protein shake before 160c 35g
Drank an isopure afterward 170c 40g
