196.2 ... 194.6
Ok. That was not too bad. I thought it was going to be much worse. I ate a bowl of oatmeal before weigh in.
After further consideration, I am 194.6.

Out of control
I ran 6.6 miles and then like a dope ate two pieces of cake. Arrgh! Weekends suck for food. My diet is shattered for a bit. My last weigh in was 197. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Ummm... Errr... It seems I gained 4 pounds in a few days. I need to run today. I plan on running 5 miles. Getting under 190 seems impossible. I really need to watch what I eat. I need to be much more vigilant. Too much candy and sweets. Too much beer and wine. Too much food. I know better. I need to do better.

Exercise
I do around 120 consecutive pushups now. 150 situps and 12 pullups. Every other day or so. I plan on signing up at the gym this Sunday.

Today I weighed 194.0. Better than yesterday not as good as the day before. I plan on eating really light this weekend so I should lose a few. I took the kids to mcds yesterday and ate poorly but very small amounts. I had a little of Noahs ice cream. I ran a lot at the park.

199 again
For the last few weeks I've been 201. Then my weight shot up to 204 on Sunday morning. Now I am back to 199.
