Ok so its been over a year since I have written. I got all the way up to 255 then back down to 215 then back up to 245. I am now 207 (after losing near 30 pounds in one month). I just ran 2.1 miles tonight. I have been closely monitoring my caloric intake. I try to make sure that I am under 1500 calories (until I get below 195).

Today I consumed 1725 Calories and 96 grams of protein.
I burned 327 calories running.
I burned another 100 doing calisthenics.
I also played football with my boys for an hour (I am giving myself 100 for that).

So I figure I burned about 527.

My net calories were 1198.

I used this calculator to calculate the calories burned.
