1290 calories 163 grams of protein
1290 - 460 = 830 net calories for the day.
If 2000 calories = normal and 1170 is what I did not consume and 3,500 calories = a pound then in 3 days I should loose another pound. If only it really worked that way.... ha ha. My body is very resistant to losing weight once I get below 210 lbs.
I was 206 after the gym work out. (208 when I first woke up, which makes me mad because I was 208 when I went to bed... I usually am about 2 pounds lighter after a good night sleep. Hmmmm.... I did not get a good night sleep.... I think I see a connection.)
