Back to 200 lbs pic

I am back to 200.6 after a brief tour of 203.6. It took one night to gain and one week to get off. I lost about a 1/4 pound a day. Walking seems to be the secret weapon. Also, I started drinking protien shakes again in the am. This seems to help with appetite control.

Also what seems to help is eating a bowl of oatmeal before I go to bed and when I wake up. I feel more rested in the morning and always seem to lose more weight than when I go to bed hungry. I can't explain of because it goes against what I have read.


I ran two five mile runs in jan and my knees hurt.
Just did 105 consecutive pushups.
Got 7 pullups.
