We just moved. I have been sticking to my diet but the workouts have suffered a bit. I walked four miles last night and got up and did 120 consecutive situps.
I did not lose any weight at my last weigh in-still stuck at 205. But my 34 jeans are getting loose. I bought 32 jeans yesterday.
I plan on doing some pushups and then it is off to work. We have not found the scale yet so I don't know how much I weigh. I assume it is lower than before but it's hard to tell.
