I went to the Waffle House with the 3 boys (Lucas, Ryan, and Noah). Not a good idea, but a bit of a family tradition. I took my wife and daughter to the airport and the waffle house is right there. I could have made some better choices at the waffle house (steak and eggs vs. choclated chip waffles).
I travel during the week so the week is the best time to eat well. It is rather easy to order a nice salad. I want to stick to salads and meet during the week and have Saturday be my cheat day.
I started working out with Tom for the last couple of weeks. Lifting weights and cardio. We did lunges and I am still sore. I am trying to keep my reps at around 20 reps for the first few months to avoid further injury.
